Bringing a blend of operating, investing, and advisory experience to Nextwave Partners, Brooke has built her career as a consultant, founder, and mentor within the food and beverage industry. Prior to joining Nextwave, Brooke was a Growth Strategy and Innovation Consultant at Clayton Christensen’s firm, Innosight, where she worked with legacy companies across the automotive, healthcare, and education sectors to design and launch new business units resilient to disruption. Following Innosight, Brooke founded and exited her own company at the intersection of food and technology, gaining firsthand operating experience across both hardware and software, leading a cross-functional team, and building a complex operating business. While operating her business, Brooke advised founders through the UCLA Anderson Venture Accelerator, served as Entrepreneur-in-Residence at Harvard-Westlake School, and consulted for a range of early-stage CPG startups. Brooke also brings deep, practical exposure to the food and beverage industry, spanning manufacturing, supply chain, and restaurant operations.
She holds a B.A. from Yale University, where she double majored in Art History and Psychology, and an MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management.
