Tristan is a purpose-driven CEO, Board Director, and investor with more than 25 years of senior leadership experience across food and beverage, FMCG, retail, and e-commerce. His career spans the UK, Europe, APAC, and the United States, where he has led growth and transformation across both global blue-chip organizations and high-growth ventures.He has held senior leadership roles at Unilever, Mars, L’Oréal, Woolworths, Amazon, Kerry Foods, and KPMG, with full P&L and balance-sheet accountability across portfolios exceeding $3 billion in revenue. He has operated at scale across more than 100 product categories and 1,400 retail locations, bridging supplier and retailer perspectives while driving international expansion, operating model redesign, and enterprise-wide transformation.

His leadership approach combines disciplined execution with a strong customer lens, enabling organizations to move decisively while delivering sustainable commercial performance and cultural strength.
Tristan is also an external advisor to Bain & Company and partners with CEOs and Boards as an advisor, non-executive director, and investor, supporting founder-led and consumer brands through periods of scale, change, and strategic inflection.
He is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Birmingham in the United Kingdom.
